Each vintage we produce of this magnum is a different wine.

2020 vintage:

We selected two different vineyards for their altitude and aspect.

One is a shaded vineyard with stony, iron-rich soils and yellow marl, close to a cistern, with very cool subsoils.

The other is a sunny vineyard with sandy soils, giving us a finer wine. We practised careful viticulture in each area.

For this wine, we chose malolactic fermentation in the cold months, after summer, creating a captivating texture on the palate. Aged for 16 months in third-use, 500-litre French oak barrels.

A great expression that elevates Monastrell.
